TWO YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY
Each Fuchs 1909 watch is carefully crafted using high caliber components. Fuchs 1909 offers a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship in your Fuchs1909 watch under normal use. For any inquries please email support@fuchs1909.com.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  1. Damage, accidental or otherwise, not caused by defect of material or workmanship.
  2. Damage caused by consumer misuse, tampering, or failure to follow the instructions in the Instruction Manual.
  3. Damage to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other appearance parts caused by wear.
  4. Moisture damage to a watch not marked “water resistant” on the back or on the dial.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have rights which vary from state to state.
If the watch has a defect described above within the warranty period, Fuchs 1909 will repair or replace any defective parts free of charge within a reasonable time. Fuchs 1909 may exchange the watch at its own discretion.
Please include a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.

 

DELIVERY & RETURNS


Shipping within the USA

Orders received by noon Standard Eastern Time, will normally ship within the same business day. Occasionally, orders will ship the next business day. In the US – We normally ship via UPS or FedEx ground Free of Charge. Faster service is available for a fee that varies according to your location. Available services are UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx equivalent and UPS Next Day Air or FedEx equivalent.

To obtain the price for these services you have to complete the order. You will be given a chance to change your order or cancel it before approving it.

International Shipping Fees

Currently we offer free shipping to all destinations.

For shipments outside of the United States, the customs office (or other authorities) in the destination country may separately apply import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. Customers are responsible for payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges. In many cases VAT is collected by the carrier (e.g. FedEx) for orders shipped to Europe or Canada.

Taxes & Duties

Actual shipping costs and applicable taxes will be reflected on your payment page before you are asked to confirm and place your order as well as in the Confirmation of Order. Sales tax will vary based on the location to which products are being shipped. Delivery costs and estimated sales tax are not stated on the product page but will be added to the product price, if applicable, after you have chosen delivery location and options. The actual sales price associated with your purchase will be calculated at the time when your order is to be shipped at which point you will receive a Confirmation of Order. Please note changes to applicable law between the date your order is placed and the date you are sent a Confirmation of Order may result to changes to the sales tax associated with your purchase. If the resulting change is an increase in the sales tax charged, we will contact you and ask that you reconfirm your purchase.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days to the address below.

If you purchased with a credit card, the original purchase amount, less shipping, will be credited to your credit card. If you purchased by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to the billing address on your order.

Returns are accepted in the original box with all original packing material, manuals, and warranty cards.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you insure your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive.
All returns must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds for If watches that show signs of use.

We cannot accept modified watches for credit. If links are added or removed from the bracelet we cannot accept the watch for return.
